Hi, Phoebe! I’m Kayla, a super-senior in the fall, and I am Corresponding Secretary and Sargent-At-Arms (that is, until I graduate in December) of Lambda Alpha at East Tn State University!
For once, I am re-blogging something and have something to say about it! I am super proud of both of my littles.
My first little, BreAnna, is not currently active in the chapter, but I keep hoping she will come back next year. It’s been hard scheduling wise for her because she is in a theatre ministry, and usually has rehearsals when we have meetings. Although this makes me sad that she can’t come to meetings/events, I am proud of her…she’s beautiful, she can play the trumpet, she’s funny, and she always strives to be a good, Christian lady…oh and she does theatre. theatre. theatre. did I mention she does theatre? yeah? okay.
My most recent little is flipping amazing at basically everything. I met her on facebook right before school started, and we totally hit it off right away. I explained to her how to join/requirements/basically everything about our sisterhood, and found out she likes Glee and Supernatural! (my two favorite shows!) She is one of my opera friends, and we both recently admitted to each other in a meeting that we’re one of each other’s best friends. She sings like an angel, and she keeps me laughing, even in opera class where it is a potential detriment to learning, haha! Oh, and also she is going to walk in my shoes as webmaster and follow after Rachel as music director next year. YES.
I just saw this and wanted to put it on pinterest, but then I didn’t really know how to caption it because I kept thinking of all the amazing ways my littles make me proud.
